About the project

Machinery Directive Technical Reports based on an assessment of an industrial bakery line comprising several elements, including Proofer, Oven, Depanner, Pan Flipper, Pan Edge Cooler and associated Pan Conveyors. The project deliverables were Risk Assessments to EN 12100:2010, Essential Health & Safety Requirements checklists and EN 60204-1:2006+A1:2009 checklists, supported by the necessary safety testing.
